My Story

Growing up I remember wanting to be a “health nut” but having no idea how, so I basically ended up as an overweight, low-energy, junk-food vegetarian.  In college I was caffeine-dependant and diagnosed with IBS. Then on a trip to Panama I came back feverishly sick with a parasite. Something had to change.

I began working with naturopaths and changing my diet, learning to be aware of my food choices, cook for myself and reconnect to my body. Quickly I lost 25 pounds and kept it off for years.

Then three years after graduating from college, I ended up with two compressed lumbar discs and crippling sciatic pain. For two years I tried everything. Finally I realized that for the treatments to work, I had do more than heal my body, I had to heal my mind, too. During that time I started attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and also studying everything I could on the spiritual and energetic aspects of my health.  Combining what I had learned from yoga, spirituality, and connecting with my own body, I was able to achieve an instant and complete recovery from pain so intense there were days I could not walk.

Now I bring together my various trainings and experiences with my belief in the healing power of the soul to create a unique program that guides my clients to call on their higher nature to create lasting transformation in their lives.

About

This blog is designed to serve the full and healthy soul-realization of service-oriented, spiritual, evolving people.

*Do you have a feeling that you have deep layers of untapped capacity and potential?

*Do stress, fatigue, or limiting-beliefs stop you from creating the career, relationships, body or spiritual-expression you deeply desire?

*Have you ever felt stuck in patterns of serving other people's expectations, projections and ego-needs, rather than serving and empowering their divine potential?

For nearly two years now I have worked as a holistic health coach, showing my clients how food, health, emotional and spiritual wellness are all interconnected and supporting them to find health through balance and authenticity in their lives.

And I've come to conclusion that, especially for women, this isn't enough!

We all need community. We all need support. We all need to prove it to ourselves and each other that full health IS available to us. It IS possible to create lasting transformation in our lives. It IS possible to live a life according to the deepest desires of our souls - and not the agendas or designs of anyone else.

This site is dedicated to bringing together resources, articles, insights, knowledge, and experience from authentic, passionate people to create a dynamic discourse around health and spirituality.

In loving service,

Elham
